Tate, who is facing allegations of rape and human trafficking in multiple countries, has denied all charges. DeMoor, a reality television star, has won five straight for Misfits Boxing.
Former UFC star Tony Ferguson clashes with Warren Spencer for the Misfits middleweight boxing title. Ferguson is 1-0 in his Misfits Boxing career.
